Join our CEE4Impact Day this Autumn!

The Impact Investors Association has outlined key objectives for the year, aiming to achieve tangible results. We are aware of the fact that the Impact Investing Ecosystem has not done enough to reach these goals.
The Association's primary goal naturally still remains the same: to facilitate the investment of more and more capital of HNWIs, angel investors or institutional investors into dedicated social and/or environmental enterprises or impact funds.
What are the barriers that Hungary and the CEE Region is facing in order to enable a larger proportion of impact investments to take place? We would like to closely examine the regulatory environment of impact investment and the steps that would need to be made in order to reach higher results within the field of impact investing. Additionally, we would also look closely at the challenges and opportunities that fund managers face in regards to impact investments. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel, the question is only how long the journey will take. What best practices can we see within the CEE Region?
We will get an insight into the success stories of Central and Easter Impact Funds, their long, many times rough, but nevertheless fruitfull and inspiring journey into impact investment. The bank sector, including social banking and alternative banking will also be in the limelight, showcasing their added value within our ecosystem.

All in all, to fulfill our objectives, the central theme of our upcoming conference revolves around a crucial question: What actions can YOU take to influence the investment behavior of private or institutional investors and guide them toward becoming dedicated impact investors? In other words, how can we, as an association and through the collaborative efforts of conference attendees, influence and support investors in transitioning towards a commitment to impact investing?
